The 40th Annual Green River Cleanup is happening today, but the official cleanup is focused solely on the whitewater segments of the Green. We're going to do our own PTCC cleanup on the flatwater segment starting at Van Doren's Landing Park in Kent. If you're interested, please sign up for this trip on PTCC and also on the GRCU page at greenrivercleanup.org. Contact Jeff Davis if you have difficulty signing up on the Cleanup site. Suggested things to add to your usual equipment: work gloves, grabbing device if you have one, garbage bags. We will do a car shuttle to Tukwila before setting out. Contact Jeff Davis for best directions to launch if you're not familiar with it.
